If you wish to return your product, Please email us at support@ellviour.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. Your feedback is valuable.

If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

Once the return or exchange is approved, we will accept the piece(s) up to 30 days after the return process is approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In it’s original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In its original packaging

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We accept exchanges only if it is:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In it’s original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In its original packaging

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ellviour.com

SHIPPING COST (REFUND & EXCHANGE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? (If applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take 7-10 business days of the day we receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods.
